This is the first time I write a post on 2011. The truth its I've been really busy, I started on a new company Check Point as Sales engineering and I have a lot to learn.
Recently my computer crash (it was a windows desktop) and I need it a Linux to continue working, what I found is a new and improved Knoppix, the right applications, and great hardware support.
Using LXDE as desktop and adding compiz, my laptop looks greater than ever.
You can have cube desktops, really nice end user experience, and the best of all Debian based.
The possibilites are endless and with the new Google cloud services you just need Knoppix 6.4 + Chrome.
I'll start posting again, they maybe more Check Point related but at least its Red Hat based.

As usual don't forget always review your daemon's logs !
